I'm having a problem with my blog. When I add retweet button to my blog, it works fine (appear on the right side of the post). But,when I add the Facebook share button, it appeared on the left side. :(

How can I move it to the right side? I only want to add Google buzz on the left side.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Hey Le Hoang,i use Addthis with the Addthis Widget. This widget adds the feed subscription and/or social bookmarking buttons from AddThis to your sidebar.Very easy to use! Schuenemberg

Hi, this post is very helpful, but I'm having two problems. First, every time I write a post (I use blogger), the buttons bump into the last sentence. I used the text you included below to float them left. Somehow, I just played around and changed that, but I'd still like a space between the end of my post and the share buttons. Right now, they're pressed up next to the last sentence and it looks really sloppy. You can see here: http://thislittlepiglet.blogspot.com/Also, any idea why the Tweet button I'm using always says 4? It seems to be counting inaccurately and not showing the individual number for each post, but instead the same number for all. Thanks so much in advance!!!!

I see that you have not mentioned which platform you are using. As there are many plugins for wordpress that do this, I assume that you are facing this problem in blogger. (This will also answer your question Tipload).I am assuming that you already have the script for retweet button and facebook share button with you. In case you don’t have the script, get it from http://help.tweetmeme.com/2009/04/06/tweetmeme-button/ for retweet button and http://www.facebook.com/facebook-widgets/share.php for facebook share button.Let’s call these scripts as FB SCRIPT and RT SCRIPT for ease of understanding. Now follow these steps:1) Go to Dashboard>>Layout>>Edit HTML, check ‘Expand Widget Templates’.2) Find If it occurs more than once in your code, then look for its first occurance.3) Just before this code, i.e., above this line of code, paste following piece of code: RT SCRIPT FB SCRIPTThis will show Retweet button and FB share button at the starting of the post, towards the right. CUSTOMIZATION:You can modify this piece of code to suit your requirements. I’ll tell you a few customizations.1) The above piece of code will show FB button below the RT button. If instead you want to show both the buttons side by side, then use the following piece of code in point 3 above: RT SCRIPT FB SCRIPT2) If, instead of showing the buttons at the start of the post, you want to show it at the end of the post, then put the code mentioned in point 3 above, after NOTE:If you don’t find , then look for and just after this put the code mentioned in point 3 above.I have tried and tested it on my blogs and it is working fine for me. In my blog www.KnowledgeHub.co.in I have displayed the buttons next to each other, while in the second blog www.blogspotknol.com, one button is displayed below the other.Hope this will works for you.

In case you want to see this working on my blog, you'll have to click on a post, since I am not displaying the buttons on the home page.

Tipload, I recommend that you post your own question. Please give a good description of your problem and provide a link to your blog, so that people can look at the source code.

I use a Wordpress plugin called Digg Digg. It has all the buttons you'll need like Digg, Retweet, Stumbleupon, etc. and you can customize what icons you want to use, where they will appear on your blog, and what order they're in.

Many people use plugins to help manage share buttons. I assume you're using Wordpress? I currently use sexybookmarks (don't like the name but I like the look).
