We have a listing service for real estate. Everyday we have multiple properties that expire. I want to pull the addresses off the online listing and send a letter. I would like the address pulled to the letter and an envelope. Is there a software that can do this?

Hello, you can use Mail Merge to accomplish what you want. Mail Merge is included with Word 2003 and 2007. I am not sure about Office 2010. Mail Merge works by using items stored in a database, a spreadsheet or a list.
