I run a Mac and a Macbook Pro on my home network. Both are set up for sharing. My HP M1319 printer is connected to the MBPro. Both are connected to my network router. Both computers are able to see and work together. The Mac can see the printer and sets it as default. However, I cannot get the printer to print anything sent from the Mac.

Can you print files from your MBP where the printer is directly connected? It would also be helpfull to have more informations about the symptoms on the other Mac. Does it look like the files are being sent and printed and just "don't come out of the printer" or is there a yellow triangle/questionmark on the printer symbol? For now I can only think of Printer Sharing not being setup correctly (permissions not set correctly) or missing/wrong driver on one of the machines.
