How can I setup my laptop, router, and Blu Ray DVD player, so that I can play videos directly from my laptop, through my router, to my DVD player to my HDTV? Basically, I just want to be able to play video from my laptop to my HDTV and am looking for the easiest way to do that. Thanks for the help!

You can try one of the Wireless HDMI (WHDI) products out there which is able to send HD video and audio in the 5GHz range. Plug your HDMI out from the input device to the transmitter an place the receiver at the HDTV. Your HDMI spec has to support HDMI audio in order for the audio signal to be broadcast.

Hello, does your bluray player have ethernet or wireless? What brand and model of player do you have?   If it does and your laptop and bluray player are networked you could try the following:Twonky:http://www.twonky.com/products/twonkywindows/default.aspxServiio:http://www.serviio.org/

Thanks for the reply! It's just wired, bro. No wireless to the DVD player as far as I know, but I'll double check.
