About 8 years ago I came across a picture sorting program that allowed me to scatter pics on the desktop and drag-sort them into piles like a real light table. It allowed zooming from one pic to the whole table with hundreds on it.
I don't remember the name of it, but I believe it was written in Java and was from some university group. Sure was a handy way to sort, but now that I changed computers I lost track of it. I have not been able to find it through search engines. Maybe you can help!
