I am using Windows 7. When my system is in online and I press Ctrl+Tab my system restarts. Why?

is it on all browsers or just chrome?

Does it spit out any error when doing so? I would suggest to take a look into the Event Viewer for errors or issues reported right before the restart happens.This issue could be anything from a keyboard shortcut, faulty keyboard, bugcheck, driver error etc.
