I want to partition my SanDisk USB flash drive in multiple partitions. I can't use the old Lexar BootIt program to flip the "removable bit". Is there any other way to partition a USB drive?

Bootice is a very powerful partition and MBR tool, it works with portable or internal drives. It is portable and requires no installation. http://www.pendriveapps.com/bootice-partition-flash-drive-edit-boot-sector/

Hello, if you are using vista/windows 7 you can use disk management to partition your drive. If you are planning to do it this way, I would format the disk first. I thought I would show you the following first:http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/231/~/partitioning-a-usb-flash-driveHere is another option on how to do it:[Broken Link Removed]BootIt utility by Lexar:http://www.getusb.info/flip-your-bit-usb-utility-to-make-local-drive/
