OWC is one of the most well-known names in the world of memory, external drives, SSDs, docks, and upgrade kits.

During the warm-up to CES this week, it took the chance to showcase four of its latest award-winning products, all of which are firmly aimed at people who work from home or have kids in homeschooling during the pandemic.

Here are the four new devices you can expect to see on the shelves in Q1 2021.

1. OWC Thunderbolt Dock

The new dock provides four Thunderbolt ports, four USB ports, an SD port, Gigabit Ethernet, and audio in/out.

It uses the latest Thunderbolt technology, meaning Intel 11th Gen users, Evo PC owners, and even new M1-based Macs will be able to add ports.

All OWC's Thunderbolt 4 docks will continue to work with the Thunderbolt 3 versions.

2. OWC Envoy Pro FX

The OWC Envoy Pro FX is a portable drive that's designed to work with all editions of Thunderbolt ports. In its presentation, the company said the drive would work with all future versions of Thunderbolt too, but we'd take that with a pinch of salt.

Nonetheless, it remains a great solution for people who need to take a lot of data with them. It works with any interface up to 2,800MB/s and is dust, drop, and weatherproof.

It comes in 240GB, 480GB, 1TB, and 2TB. The entry-level 240GB model costs $170 and the largest version will set you back $480. Both will be available to order later this month.

3. OWC USB-C Travel Dock E

The third new OWC gadget in 2021 is the USB-C Travel Dock E. It's an adaptor that aims to cut down on what OWC describes as "dongle heft."

The Travel Dock E comes with six ports. You get three USB-A slots, HDMI, SD card, Gigabit Ethernet, and USB-C power passthrough.

Through its integrated USB-C connecting cable, the compact Travel Dock E lets you transform any location, be it a studio, classroom, boardroom, or coffee shop—into a mobile office. The OWC Travel Dock E gives you the ability to connect, charge, display, and import at will with USB-C or Thunderbolt 3-equipped computers, tablets, and phones.

The dock costs $65 and is available for pre-order today on OWC's website.

4. OWC U2 Shuttle

The final new device for Q1 2021 is the OWC U2 Shuttle. It's a multiple-blade SSD for 3.5-inch bays that combines four NVMe M.2 SSDs into a swappable massive capacity flexible RAID ready storage solution. You can set up the configuration in RAID 0, 1, 4, 5, or 10.

OWC founder, Larry O'Connor, said he was proud to be part of CES 2021 and bring new products to market:

"We are proud to announce these highly unique products at CES 2021. OWC offers a wide range of technology users, from students to road-warrior business professionals, creative pros working on the latest blockbuster movie. Look to us to provide them with storage and connectivity solutions that let them do more, and we feel this is a great showcase of our commitment to them."
