I own a Toshiba Satellite using a Intel Pentium B940 and I want to know how to overclock this. As far as I have seen, no BIOS option is available. Software please.

All related variables - the Front Side Bus, multiplier and core voltage - are controlled by the motherboard. Overclocking tools simply enable you to change them without having to reboot your computer and enter the BIOS.The only tools I know about which somewhat bypass the BIOS are

SetFSB and CPUFSB . Both are limited to certain chipsets and versions.
