I would like to know if there is any way to organize the thumbnails pinned to the taskbar according to their status, such as if they are currently running. I want them to be on the right if they are, if not I want them on the left near the start menu.

Example (Before):

Example (After):

I organized these manually, however I want this process to be automated without having to dabble in the Windows API and doing it myself.
