I live 4 miles from a WiFi source. Result is, I pay ADSL prices for dial-up speed.

Have been looking at the 3G device MiFi by Novatel. Do you guys think that this MiFi could improve our multiple computers' internet speed? Thanks in advance!

Q: What's your ADSL bandwidth? In general:It depends on the reception, signal quality and available band your MiFi would have.If you get a clean HSDPA/HSUPA signal speeds are pretty good (~7.2/5.76Mbps). Worst case you only get a GPRS connection and your stuck with ~170kbps.
