no you can use skype only for voice callUse fring instead it works fine (though crashes sometimes)

no symbian phone supports skype video call (atleast wid d official skype app) cz to hav video chat, an app should use flash and I find merely any app other than the default nokia web browser or the opera mobile (not opera mini) using flash. This is why I feel the front cameras are useless to me cz I donot go for video call xcept it works as a mirror to me..

Yes it works. Download it from http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/get-skype/on-your-mobile/download/skype-for-symbian/# . See the compatible symbian phone list in the page and it clearly mentions Nokia N8 in it. :)

From what I've read it is capable of Skype voice calls but not video calls. An app called Fring apparently works though...
