blackberry 9220: stolen yesterday, filed an FIR and i was wondering if it is possible to block the entire the system of the phone so the person who stole it would not be able to use it.
I lost my BlackBerry yesterday, the person who stole the phone has already taken out my SIM and switched the phone off. I have filed an FIR and I was wondering if it is possible to block the entire phone so the concerned person who stole it would not be able to use it.
If not, what else can I do?

You can find your lost mobile through IMEI Code that is allotted to each gadget with unique number. Thanks
