I have Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit, but Mozilla doesn't know which version of Windows I have. How can I check to find out. Some of the plugins won't work. Thanks.

Are you sure this has anything to do with your Windows version? What does the Plugin say when you try to install and or run it?In general Mozilla Addons are only limited by the applications version. Chances are your application is either to old or to new for the Plugin. If you do want to know your exact Windows Version the easiest way is to(a) click Start, type "winver" into the search box and hit enter(b) press "Windowskey + R", type "winver" into the new window and hit enter
