In your 2007 article How To: Move Music from iPod to PC in 5 Easy Steps, I am unable to find Tools > Folder Options > View and the Advanced Settings list in Windows Vista Home edition, under Hidden files and folders to check the radio button for “Show hidden files and folders”. Please guide me. Thanks a lot.

A good iPod to PC transfer program that I use is called SharePod.http://www.getsharepod.com/I use Windows 7 and it works fine with my iPhone and iPod so I'm pretty sure it'll work for Vista as well

I agree, use Sharepod. The "show hidden folders and yada yada" didn't work for me either but Sharepod did.

Here is a alternate way to get there:Click the start button, then goto Control PanelIn the Control Panel you should see Appearances and Personalization. From here you should see Folder Options, Goto the View Tab.Under Advanced Settings, Click "Show Hidden Files and Folders", then click OKAfter that you should be good to go.
