I want to save storage space on the C: drive by moving the All Documents folder to my D: drive and for Windows (XP and 7) to place future content there. How can I do that?

My Documents, Downloads, My Music, My Pictures,My Videos,Saved Games are easily moved. From start menu click your user folder,on each of the above mentioned folders right click, chose properties, click location tab, delete all or part of the location and fill in desired location such as "D:/My Documents", Click Apply Windows will tell you the folder does not exist, would you like to create it. click yes. You will then be asked if you would like to move all contents of the folder to new location, click yes. The desktop folder is not movable. Works on all versions of 7
