If you're a big fan of Microsoft's services, you'll want to keep your eyes on Microsoft Teams in the near future. The company has confirmed that they're working on a way to implement Outlook into Teams for an easier time.

Bringing Outlook Into Microsoft Teams

The feature is a little ways off yet, but it already looks promising. Over on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, you can find the following:

Send a copy of email messages or conversations, including attachments, into Teams chats and channels or start a Teams chat related to a specific email message. When sharing to Teams from Outlook on the web, a popup window will appear to confirm to which channel or person you want to share, you can also select whether you want to include attachments or not.

The release date for this feature is set for March 2021, and there's no further information on this feature past the above.

However, from what we can see, it'll be a great feature for discussing correspondence without needing to copy-paste or export Outlook emails to Teams.

An Easier Time With Emails

If you're always sharing information from emails into Microsoft Teams, be sure to keep an eye on this new feature as it develops. It's not due to release until March 2021, but when it does land, it'll hopefully change how businesses use Teams.

If you want to get started with Outlook before this update, you'll want to learn all the hidden features and shortcuts in the program. There's plenty of them to learn, and all of them can help you work faster and better.
