How can I set up Evolution to access my Exchange 2007 accounts email, calendar, and contacts?

My company uses MAPI. You need to verify you aren't also. There is a plugin for MAPI. But i've never been able to send mail properly (It shows up as wingdings on the other side). Though recieving and viewing worked relatively well. Forgive me for not linking. It's been months since i set it up. Perhaps someone has a newer (better) solution for the MAPI issue. That resolves the problems i was having.
