Mercedes-Benz has been building excellent automobiles for over a century, and the storied automaker is also going all-in on electric vehicles. Since launching its first production EV in 2018, an electric version of the B-Class people carrier, the German automaker has been building up a solid portfolio of premium EVs.

If you're looking for battery-powered Benz luxury, the manufacturer has you covered with everything from fancy electric sedans to electrified commercial vans.

Let's explore Mercedes-Benz's fully electric lineup!

1. EQA SUV

The EQA SUV is the entry-level offering in Mercedes-Benz's lineup of electric vehicles, but unfortunately, it's an EV you can't purchase in the United States. It's the smallest electric SUV the manufacturer currently offers, but the design language is very similar to the rest of the vehicles in the EQ range.

The EQA has excellent range considering it's Mercedes-Benz's smallest electric SUV. It gets up to 316 miles of range in the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). With that type of range, this vehicle is great if you're planning an EV road trip.

The smaller size also gives the EQA a sportier look than the rest of the EQ SUVs, especially the large EQS flagship. Inside, you'll notice that the EQA has a classic Mercedes-Benz interior, but no Hyperscreen. If you want a more traditional interior without the enormous displays, this is an excellent option.

2. EQB SUV

The EQB SUV offers room for up to seven people and can be configured in dual-motor or single-motor variants. The model with the longest range, the EQ250+ single-motor, has a range of 245 miles from its 70.5 kWh battery.

The EQB looks almost identical to the Mercedes-Benz GLB on which it is based, but there are unique design touches that set the EQB apart. The front is very much EQ Mercedes, especially the closed-off grille. The headlights and the light bar up front are also elements unique to the EQB.

Inside, you'll find that the EQB can be outfitted with an optional third row of seats, which is a welcome surprise in an SUV of this size. The EQB has plenty of space to carry all of your stuff, if you fold down the second and third rows, you'll find up to 61.8 cubic feet of space.

3. EQE Sedan

The EQE sedan is difficult to tell apart from the EQS sedan. This isn't that surprising when you consider that for a while now, German automakers have adopted a homogenous design language for most of the vehicles in their lineups, with the most significant change between the models being their size.

The EQE 350+ sedan offers up to 305 miles of range, and the range-topping AMG EQE 53 sedan only manages 225 miles of range with its 617 horsepower dual motors. The AMG model also manages to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds.

It's difficult not to compare the $106,900 AMG version to the $104,990 Tesla Model S Plaid. The Tesla has significantly more range, faster acceleration, and more power. However, the Mercedes has an amazing interior that will turn heads.

4. EQE SUV

The EQE SUV is a handsome midsize luxury SUV that offers up to 279 miles of range from its 90.6 kWh battery in EQE 350+ trim.

Mercedes is definitely in the running for the best EV interiors, and the EQE SUV's interior is no exception. The ambient lighting takes the cabin to a different level of attractiveness, and the wood trim that flanks the infotainment screen on both sides is superb. If you're looking for an interior that feels warm and inviting, the Mercedes EQE SUV has one of the coziest interiors in the industry.

This is a great departure from many EV interiors that come across as clinical and uninviting.

5. EQS Sedan

The Mercedes EQS is the brand's ultimate luxury electric sedan, and even though the exterior design is very conservative, the interior is world-class. Much like the EQS SUV, the interior of the EQS sedan is dominated by the optional Hyperscreen, which is surrounded by stunning color-changing ambient lighting. Even the air vents look like they are of extremely high quality, almost like turbines forged from a solid block of metal. The central display is a 17.7-inch OLED unit that looks great and allows you to control the vehicle's basic functions, like accessing climate controls and media.

The EQS sedan delivers 350 miles of range from its 108 kWh battery in certain configurations and can be equipped with dual-motor 4Matic all-wheel drive for extra traction and performance. There's also an AMG version if you really want extra power to compete with other high-performance EVs.

The EQS sedan starts at $104,400 for the base EQS 450+ model and can go as high as $147,550 for the AMG EQS 53 sedan.

6. EQS SUV

The EQS SUV is a large electric vehicle for the entire family (with optional seating for seven depending on configuration), with a modern interior appointed with the finest materials. The base EQS 450+ features a single motor driving the rear wheels and is good for 305 miles of range. If you step up to the dual-motor EQS 450 4Matic, you get all-wheel drive and 590 lb-ft of torque. The $125,950 EQS 580 4Matic SUV gets you 536 horsepower and 633 lb-ft of torque, if you really need more performance.

Mercedes is known for making vehicles that have high-quality luxury interiors, and the EQS SUV delivers in this regard. The interior features classic Mercedes design elements, but it's also looking to show off that it's a modern electric vehicle, with the enormous Hyperscreen that shows the infotainment system. The Hyperscreen consists of three individual displays that rest under an enormous 56-inch pane of glass; even the passenger gets a dedicated screen.

It might not be to everyone's taste, but it makes the EQS SUV standout from other electric SUVs. You can even get the EQS SUV as an ultra-luxurious Maybach model, the flagship of Mercedes' electric lineup.

7. EQV Electric Van

The Mercedes-Benz EQV is an all-electric van-based EV from the German automaker that can go 213 miles WLTP on a full charge from its 90 kWh battery. It's the perfect vehicle if you're a shopper who's a fan of Mercedes-Benz, but you're also looking for a boxy and cavernous EV that's roomy enough for the entire family.

You can recharge the EQV's battery from 10% to 80% in 45 minutes, which means it's also a great option as a long-distance cruiser that will get you back on the road quickly after a charging pit stop. The EQV is full of practical touches, like the fact that the tailgate glass opens separately from the main door. If you want to load in smaller items, you can do so just by opening the lighter glass part.

The EQV seats up to seven people, with captain's chairs in the first and second rows and a roomy bench in the third row. There's plenty of room for your cargo, and there's even a nifty shelf in the trunk with lots of storage space for smaller objects. The EQV is the ultimate people mover when space is essential.

Mercedes-Benz Has Created an Excellent EV Lineup

Mercedes-Benz has taken its electric vehicle lineup very seriously, and this is clear when you consider how many excellent EV models the automaker has rolled out in a relatively short time.

The great thing about Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles is that they don't sacrifice any of the traits that make traditional Mercedes-Benz vehicles excellent. This is especially true of the interiors, which are among the best EV interiors in the industry.
