Can I get a MakeUseOf RSS feed for a tag, e.g. 'Google Android'? Or can I only get everything, which I do but I was curious if I could have a separate one or topics for particular interest. Thanks.

Styles, this question has been asked and answered before, but it's a great one, so let me summarize. You can try URL modding. Simply add /feed at the end of every tag or category link and it will generate an RSS Feed for you. Going with your example, the URL would be this: http://www.makeuseof.com/tags/google-android/feedMakeUseOf Categories:Mac:
http://www.makeuseof.com/service/mac/feed/
