Look for a port on your existing labelled "Uplink." This is a port specially designed for connecting to another hub, and is usually the last port, if it exists. If your hub has an uplink port, you will need a standard, straight-through cable to connect to another hub, otherwise you will need a crossover-network cable.

You cannot route between two non-routable subnets (192.*.*.*).

connect all of them using a common workgroup name and for them to communicate they should have a single default gateway.

In order to have them all connected in a single workgroup, they all just need to have a common workgroup name. Nothing else is required if they already have connectivity (you can ping a machine on one subnet from a machine on the other subnet which should be possible here since both subnets are internet-routable).
