Some one has been logging into my facebook account. Only one other person in this world has my password, but he has an iPhone. Is it a possibility that because his iPhone is jailbroke, that it could show up as an Android phone on my active sessions in my facebook account? If not, can we some how trace the device that logged into my account?

Yes, he may have the "faked" the device listing, but no it's unlikley he would have done something so boring as to fake it for Android and not "my mums toaster"; and no, you cannot trace it. Here's a crazy idea: he signed in using an Android phone, perhaps borrowed from a friend.
