I've tried some software including VMware player and MS Virtual PC, but all have some kind of issue with the Windows and they do not function properly. VMware player works at first, but when I load an image to install Window on a virtual drive, the window crashes.

Well, I guess there is no issue with the virtual PC softwares, the problem lies in the window, when Hyper V is active, I cannot load images on a virtual CD-Drive. Hope MS solves this issue soon.Meanwhile, I'm now using Windows Hyper V utility, thanks to Rajaa Chowdhury, and just hope that when I disable Hy[er V, I will be able to use Powr ISO again.

Yes, logically should work with Hyper V. In windows 7, you must be already aware of the Windows XP mode that Microsoft supported with Virtual PC. In windows 8, they have now upgraded that feature to Hyper V.
