I'm in the process of enforcing my information diet. It's a very much needed thing for me to reduce the overall volume of consumed content, whether it's in the form of articles, video or podcasts.
After several failed attempts to start this "diet", I think I found the best way to restrain myself from continuing the bad habit. I almost destroyed my multitasking and ridiculous-tab-browser-usage behavior, thanks to an add-on and some rational thinking.
On my computer I'm using the app "Self Control" for Mac, where I've blacklisted quite a lot of time wasting websites, but I have a tablet (iPad) and an Android Smartphone as well.
Are there any tools, which can limit my usage of the Internet and or Apps for the mobile platforms (besides the good old willpower, which I deplete regularly)?
