I have been a Windows user for a long time till I got exposed to Linux at my workplace. I fancy many of Linux' features. One of the them is keeping a window on top of others using 'Always on Top' option.
Is there anything like that available on Windows? It would be useful for me when I am working in Windows.

Always On Top is a free Windows utility that will help you keep any window in the foreground. I think it is one of the best.http://www.labnol.org/software/tutorials/keep-window-always-on-top/5213/

It is mainly a setting that is found in the application. I do not believe there is a way to do that in general on the OS, but most applications usually have that type of options. In the settings or preferences, look for it in either the display settings or window settings, if there is any, and it may be there.

As Ha14 states above (http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/5-simple-ways-selected-windows-top-windows/), I use Power Menu and it's very easy to install and use. No problems with it.

There's no OS-wide way to do this in Windows, but some applications have this option.
