Make sure photo stream is enabled on your phone. But maybe you reached your iCloud storage limit and need to free up space?

You've checked to make sure it's enabled on your devices? Have you tried turning it off and back on? Also check out the Apple support pages to see if others experiencing the same problem.

Possible Problem with Photostream, iPhone 4S, and iPhoto 9.2http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1252781All photos taken while Photostream is on will eventually make it to the cloud via wifi. They will be stored on the device, and when wifi becomes available, will be uploaded and added to the stream.

Photostream works when iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi.So make sure you have Wi-Fi enabled on your phone as it takes up large amount of data to upload photos. If Photostream still doesn't works for you, then you can turn off and then turn it on.What it does is that it forces itself to re-download all the images.

Hello Htun,Try leaving your phone plugged into the wall and charging overnight tonight with the screen locked. This will not only backup the phone to iCloud but should also sort the Photo Stream so that the last 1000 photos taken will be uploaded to Photo Stream.ALSOCheck out this website(actually a forum)... where they have explained everything about Photo stream and How to use it?.... etchttp://www.apertureexpert.com/forum-user/post/1635352I hope it helped
