My iPhone 4 running on 4.3.5 while downgrading to 4.1 got error 1004 and is since stuck in DFU mode.

Can't get out, even by pressing power and home for 10 seconds. By pressing power for 5 seconds, then still holding power and pressing home for 10 seconds, I get a USB disconnect in iTunes, release all buttons and again it automatically detects the device as connected.

Why is it not getting in normal mode? Please help out!

I can only assume that you got the 1004 error because you tried to restored the 4.1 firmware without having your SHSH blobs saved using the wrong method. To get your device up and running again undo any changes you may have done to the hosts file via tools like Tiny Umbrella and restore the default firmware via iTunes. If you really want to give it another try maybe one of the following guides will work.http://www.iphonehowtojailbreak.com/downgrade-iphone-4-4-3-5-without-shsh-blobs-saved.htmlhttp://eins.my/successful-downgrade-iphone-4-ios-4-3-5-to-ios-4-3-3-using-ifaith/
