I need to export image data type in Microsoft SQL to a Microsoft Visio organisation chart. Can you assist me?

Thanks  @ha14:disqus  for your reply.but I know that ... All of that deals with any other data types like text, char, int, float, ... not Image data type.I want to draw an organization chart for some employees with their photos which already stored in a SQL database.Thanks at all.
