Hello, the following is a link explaining how to create a virtual machine in vmware.  If you already created a virtual machine before, just follow the steps from before to create a new one.  Keep in mind, that for you machines to run at a decent speed you have to have enough RAM.  It is true, the virtual machines run ok with the memory assign by the virtual machine but it would let you do the basic stuff.  http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/creating-a-virtual-machine-on-vmware-tutorial/Keep in mind that if you are planning to install windows 7 or any other operating system that needs a license, you will need the license key for installation.  The following is an option you have for installing windows 7 with vmware player:http://www.stoufis.gr/blog/topics/1044Here is the vmware guide to installing windows 7:http://partnerweb.vmware.com/GOSIG/Windows_7.htmlGeneral installation instructions for vmware products:http://partnerweb.vmware.com/GOSIG/general%20_instructions.html
