When I try to open an attachment from an email it sometimes requires Flash. I tried to download Flash Player but it never works. I was sure that I'd completed the download and installed it. Is there something special I need to do it get Flash to work?

Seriously, stop opening email atttachments. How do know it isn't a virus? Even if you know the person their account could be compromised. We write about this time and time again - most viruses come from email attachments. Who on earth sends a flash file anyway?

and download it. Once downloaded, install it. Make sure the installation completes, if it doesn't notify me of what happened, including any errors.- Jeff
