Do a scan with CleanMyCPhttps://macpaw.audw.net/c/119570/66209/1733?subId1=UUmuoUeUpU83146&subId2=emuo&u=https%3A%2F%2Fmacpaw.com%2FcleanmypcIts not a free soft but you will be able to see how much of space you can recover, normally CleanMyPC is safe to use and some recover like 30GO SPACE!

If it's a virtual partition you may also consider making the partition larger (extending) by shrinking other partitions. In order to do that you will need a partition manager program. There is a free one called Easeus Partition Master. https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/best-windows-software/

1.) Disk Cleanup
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup. Check all the items that you can. After that, re-open Disk Cleanup and delete all but the last few restore points.
2.)
CCleaner
Install CCleaner and run the disk cleaner. Chose "scan" and then "cleanup". Cleaning up your registry is optional, if you decide to do that please save a backup of your registry (it will ask you if you want to).
3.) Uninstall unused applications
Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs
. If you don't know what a program is, research it. If after that you still aren't sure whether you need it or not, don't remove it (or post it here). Remove old versions of Java (keep the current) and applications you no longer use.4.) Clear your browser cache
Directions differ from browser to browser.
5.)
Glary Utilities
Glary Utilities is a Windows optimization application that will help you clear up some space. It is important to find the "duplicate file finder" feature in there and scan your hard drive for duplicate files.
.6.) Add additional hard drives (internal or external). Optionally, backup your data onto disks, externals or a server and delete it (
only
after verifying that the data has successfully been backed up).

Have you looked into Compression? You can compress data on a hard drive and it will almost double your storage capability. Right click on a hard drive, click on Properties, you will see a box you can check that will compress the drive. Read up on it in Windows help and on the web to see if it would accomplish what your looking for.
