The first thing you need to do is make sure that your console and browser are up to date. Press the Guide button on your Xbox controller and navigate all the way to the rightmost menu. Here, select Settings and go to System > Updates, then click on Check for console updates. If this option doesn't appear, then your console is up to date already.

Now, press the Guide button again, and select My games & apps then See all. Go to the Manage heading and then click on Updates. If you see the Microsoft Edge app here, select it to make sure it's up to date. If you don't see it, then you're ready to get started.

Open the newly updated Microsoft Edge browser on your Xbox console, and type in stadia.com. Click Sign In and type in your Stadia account information. It should now present you with your entire game library and can play it all on your Xbox console.

There are a few important details that you should know when playing Stadia on your Xbox console. Before you select a game, press the menu button on your Xbox controller, then select Use game controls. This will make sure your browser is registering your Xbox controller as a controller and not a mouse and keyboard.

Second, whenever you press the B button on your controller, even in controller mode, it acts like an Esc button on a keyboard. This can make some games unplayable on Stadia on your Xbox. Unfortunately, other than playing with a keyboard and mouse, or using a Stadia controller over Wi-Fi, there isn't a way to fix this properly yet.
