Apple Music offers the option to create a station based on a specific song, artist, or genre. The algorithm will select other songs that may be similar to the song you chose. Doing this means you can play music continuously without choosing a new playlist or album.

How to Create an Apple Music Station on Your Phone or Tablet

Creating stations is one of those Apple Music features you didn't know about, but it's actually easier than you might think. This is what you need to do:

1. To create an Apple Music station using your phone or tablet, simply play or find a song you like.
2. Then select the ellipsis (...) on the right side.
3. You will see several options; choose Create Station.

If you know the name of a song you want to build an Apple Radio Station around, you can simply ask Siri to “start a station from…” and then name a song, artist, or even a genre that you already have in your library. Apple Music will build a station around it, including music that isn’t in your library.

How to Create an Apple Music Station on Your Computer

Creating a station on your computer is just as easy. All you need to do is open Apple Music and follow these steps:

1. Use the Browse section to find some music you want to use to start a station.
2. Click on the ellipsis (...) on the right side of the song.
3. Choose Create Station from your menu of choices.
