Spotify is hosting a series of virtual concerts during May and June 2021. The likes of Jack Antonoff, The Black Keys, and Leon Bridges will perform on the prerecorded livestreams.

Here's the full list of who is performing in Spotify's virtual concerts and how to get a ticket to one.

What Are Spotify's Virtual Concerts?

Spotify is hosting its own virtual concerts as a way for fans to support their favorite artists. While some of the world is opening up again, large in-person live events are still some way away. For now, Spotify sees these concerts in May and June 2021 as a way of bridging the gap. However, if they sell well, you'll likely see Spotify running more in the future.

Although the concerts are livestreamed, they are prerecorded. This means that you can buy a ticket from a selection of times that suits you best.

You will not be able to pause, rewind, download, or record the show. There will also be no on-demand playback. You need to watch it as it's being broadcast or you'll miss out.

Each ticket costs $15 (plus tax) or the local currency equivalent. For example, in the UK it's £15/ticket.

How to Watch More Live Music Online

Live music has always been streamed online, but it has become more popular since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Even if Spotify's livestreams don't stick around, there are plenty of other platforms out there that will continue to broadcast live music, no matter when the world gets back to normal.
