How do I remove items from my Facebook pages?

If it is your own posts, you get an option on the top right hand corner like an direction pointing downwards. Click it to get option to either edit or delete. For others post, you get smilar option to hide or report it as spam at the same place. You can even block that users posting in your wall for the future, through the spam reporting option.

Usually if you hover over the item, there's an icon on the top right corner. It should say "remove" or "delete" when you scroll over it.
