Now, since the above commenters have suggested many tools to remove the toolbar, you'll have to be careful about it in future so that it doesn't happens with you in future. You can be safe by checking the software you install in your system. Most of the software vendors nowadays bundle these toolbars and additional softwares and trick users into installing them into their system. You can prevent yourself from these softwares by downloading them from reputed download site like Softpedia which warns users about them before downloading it.

Even though it is still in the beta stages, I would suggest installing Anti-Toolbar. http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/antitoolbar.html. It will help block toolbars from automatically installing, and supposedly uninstalls even stubborn, hard to uninstall toolbars. Whenever a new toolbar slips by and tries to install, a pop-up will appear and ask if you wish to install the toolbar or block it from installing.Aside from this tool, I would add onto Hovsep's suggestion in order make sure that all of the settings in your browser(s) are not still set for Ask Toolbar. http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-ask-toolbar-and-search/. ADWcleaner is suggested to clean up the remnants of Ask Toolbar after performing the steps to remove the toolbar from your browser(s) and computer.

Or you could use JRThttp://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/In fact, the Ask Toolbar is usually easy to remove on its own (simply uninstall it as usual, then go into all your browsers and make sure no toolbars or addins have been left behind and check that the start page and search engine are set to the correct default). The fact that it's coming back, suggests that there may be other malware at play here, so you may want to run Malwarebytes Anti malware free (download from malwarebytes.org and *not* from any other site!) and scan your system.
