How do I change the white background in iOS 7 to something easier on my eyes? I already tried the accessibility switch to black but that isn't good either.

I searched and only found a particularly useful solution i.e. from a forum user - jmimac351
-" Your only option is the Invert Colors option under Accessability - but that will also effect images in the same manner. What needs to happen is allow a black / dark background without the effects on images. Follow link below and send that feedback to Apple. If enough people do it maybe they will listen. This is a major flaw in the OS. http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
