Hi,

I tried Jackson's tip for changing the default file type in 'Preview' but did not work. I am on OSX 10.7.5 and would love to change this but just won't work.

Regards,

Ray

Preview opens many different file types; it has no default type. If you want certain file types to always open in Preview, that’s something you can easily do.But since your question is a bit vague and you haven’t given any reference to the tip you attempted to use, you’ll need to be more specific as to exactly what you’re trying to accomplish.or use RCDefault
