I have a huge list of folders containing bulk emails in mac entourage 2008. For various reasons I am switching back to windows with Microsoft Office 2010. I need to migrate all the emails from entourage 2008 to outlook 2010. As I have bulk emails, IMAP does not fit in very well, as I have to individually download each mail. Can you please suggest some other altenative having no thing as downloading the emails, also that can transfer all my emails in one go saving all my folder hierarchy.

Hovseps links are excellent. If you want a simpler solution, you could try Emailchemy (http://www.weirdkid.com/products/emailchemy/) which costs $20.

In order to import the mbox to Microsoft Outlook, you need to first import it to Outlook Express. After this has been completed, you can import from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook. For further detailed information, please refer to the article: Importing "mbox" Mailboxes into Desktop Email Clients - https://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=6436#600I hope this helps. Thanks[Ed: removed second link due to poor WOT rating]
