I don't know how to search only THOSE websites .. But I know how to search only ONE site ..here example . for searching only in makeuseof.com , go to Google > then typesite:makeuseof.com (search query) don't use Brackets() for search query .. for only searching with specific file types , then filetype:exe you can use multiple filters at a time ..

you can use extensions in web browsers(Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox)Web of Trust will solve your problem of reliability of sites... the green tick will indicate that the website is reliableAnd you can always click on any website...given that your computer has a very good antivirus that provides high profile internet security.Loading too much of extensions will slow down the browser and your system so have WOT and a very strong internet security antivirus installed on your pc ( norton, kaspersky, mcafee or quickheal) (quickheal does not slow down your system ) HOPE THIS HELPS :) PLZZ ASK IF ANY MORE QUIERIES

Google is much experienced player in search engine game.It gives search results based on the site's original content and the amount of quality effort put up into it.It has developed various algorithms to even not allow to show up bad sites(copy cats, low quality ones) in their results. You can use WOT to know the ratings of the site but since it's user voted system,it can be sometimes give wrong results. So,you must choose to open those sites which are in top ten and are placed in first, second ... .

I know of no way to *search* only those sites, but there are a few things that can help you here:1. Google orders the results by popularity. The famous "page rank" formula is designed to show which pages are popular, not in terms of how many people visit them, but by how many pages link to them, so the top entries in the results page are the most popular and reliable. NOTE that there are also a couple of "sponsored links" above the search results, which are shown over a coloured background. These are NOT filtered and are not recommended. They are simply adverts, and are too often malicious!2. There are extensions for web browsers, such as WOT (Web of Trust), which aggregate reports about the safety of websites and they display a little icon next to each item in the search result, showing its rating (in the case of WOT, ranging from "Excellent" to "Poor").3. Some anti-virus packages (AVG, AVIRA) likewise include a browser extension which checks out any web page you visit, as well as Google's search results, for malware, and warn you if the page is dangerous.
