Facebook is acting stupid. I attempted to login to my Facebook account and it took me a few tries to get my password right. When I got it, it defaulted to some security measures asking me a secret question I don't ever remember setting and don't even believe I've ever set it.

I tried a few things that I may have used to answer the question just in case, but stupid Facebook cut me out completely saying that there are no verification methods available. This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen in my life. Why would they completely cut someone off their account like this? Wouldn't they simply send an email to the person's account to notify them of possible security issues and provide a link to forcibly reset the password?

Create a new facebook account or verify your facebook account by giving your mobile number to facebook. You should follow the rules and should not send friend requests to others whom you don't know. Contact the facebook support team and get your account back..

It's showing this message because you might had not setup any security question(as you mentioned) as well as alternative email address, phone number etc. which Facebook uses it for sending recovery codes.

If you really signed up there there is no way that Facebook will delete your email. Why should it do so? Have you tried to reset your password via email. Try it again - https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover
