I have a Galaxy Young that was rooted earlier. I have not installed anything yet, other than Titanium Backup. Then I updated my phone without un-rooting beforehand. Although Titanium Backup is still there, it kept saying Superuser is not found.

Should I un-root my phone now? Or just root the phone again? Or maybe a factory reset? What will happen?

It sounds like the only problem you are having is the lack of superuser. Download the SuperUser app and install it. Before doing that, when you open Titanium Backup, does it say that the phone is not rooted? If it doesn't say that your phone isn't rooted, then only Superuser app is missing and needs to be reinstalled.

Bite the bullet and root it again. There is a big chance that the update has unrooted the phone. If all else fails, you can always factory reset it later should the need arise.

Losing root after updating is very normal, so nothing is wrong. Just root again and all should be fine.

Some users say that you can root again. To check whether you are having a rooted phone or not,try installing an app which requires root privileges. If the app gets working without any problem, then your phone is rooted or else needs root as you wish.Try some of them -http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/11/09/top-root-apps-every-rooted-user-should-know-about-part-6-apps-42-49/

Root your phone.Regarding Superuser app,try clearing its cache and data.If it still doesn't works, then reinstall the latest version.
