I have a bunch of links from saved articles that I had saved when Google Reader was alive.

I'd like to organize them into categories. I'd like to be able to just drag and drop them into a new HTML page from the one huge HTML page i have. Going thru that much HTML code by hand would be too tedious.. I probable could use MS Word but the HTML code makes it hideous.

Anyone have and ides for categorizing?
