My laptop is suffering the "Windows 7 Infinite Reboot Loop". I did everything step by step as described in the article "How To Fix A Windows 7 Infinite Reboot Loop" (https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/fix-windows-7-infinite-reboot-loop/), but there is no effect. I guess that this is because I installed a program from Internet which I allowed to make changes on Windows. How can I delete the program's files? If I manage to delete them, is my Windows 7 going to start normally?

Hello, your best bet is to enter safemode. Once in safemode, uninstall and delete the files for program you installed. Most times, you would also have to visit registry and make sure that all entries for said program are deleted. If that first option does not work, you could try using the bootrec.exe command. Make sure to use the /fixboot switch. Here is the explanation given by Microsoft:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927392You could also try using the /fixmbr option if it fails when using only the /fixboot switch.

To access your files on harddrive without formatting when os can't boot you can do one of following:1. Insert windows cd and choose command prompt, first type C: and then use commands "cd " to change directory and "dir" to see the folders and files on current directory, once you get to the file you want to delete type "del " to delete the file you need to get rid of2. Get mini xp that boots straight from cd or usb flash drive and then just use a file manager to delete file(s)3. Install Windows in another directory or drive, so you keep your old windows and files, then delete files and then you can also delete windows you have just installed and use your old windows

First from an elevated command window (command window with admin rights) run sfc / scannow, and let it find the faults and try to auto - correct. After the reboot, most of the time it gets resolved. However, if issue persists, use the built in Utility of Windows, called startup repair.Alternatively, use this tool to repair all your windows problem : http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html

After using ha14's suggestion, which I completely agree with, use Tweaking.com's Windows Repair (All-in-one) help make sure that the Windows files, registry, and programs are reset to default settings. http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html
