use it by yourself, because software can not do it 100%, IF you want to make sure it deleted or you can do or deleted by open run and type: prefech for temporary file permanent and type: %temp% for directory termp file, thank you

I use CCleaner, but Glary Utilities is said to be good too.You might want to hunt down the temp files yourself every now and then, though.

In today's world, where everything is handed down to us on a platter, solutions like ccleaner is a boon. :) However, just to be double sure, type %temp% in the run or search box of windows and press enter, it will take you to the temp directory, just check if it is empty, if not, delete them. :P

Try to use CCleaner, but i think you'll never delete all the temp files, since they still needed in many software.

CCleaner will only deleate temp files older than 24hrs unless you go to Options /Advanced and uncheck this feature. Many other cleaner apps also do this including MS Disk Cleaner

use the ccleaner takes care of all this and you can see the file also

go to %temp% and check if any temporary file is left or not.
2012-11-07 15:33:19
go to start menu> all programs> accessories> system tools> disk cleanup and erase the temporary file OR you can use ccleaner to remove those temporary file.

You can scan it with two different scanners to check. Usually one alone (like CCleaner) does the trick.

Using a tool such as
CCleaner
will do a pretty good job of removing temp files. I have yet to find a tool out there that will find EVERY temp file, but most of them will get the vast majority of these files off of your system. Some files will not be removed if they happen to be in use (or have an open handle even if they are not being used - generally from apps that haven't closed properly). Windows may have open temp files that these utilities cannot delete until the handle is released which may not happen until the machine is shut down, so it will look like the tool didn't do a complete job.
