How can I learn how to add the social networking option to my company's website, the way it is done on MakeUseOf? My website was built on UBB threads.

Are there any security reasons not to do this, should our users ask us?

This is a great feature - so many people have so many accounts with so many different password requirements. LastPass is nice for the savvy web users, but for the less-savvy, re-using an existing login ID/password set seems way easier to me - it's a great feature.

I recommend Janrain (http://www.janrain.com) - free, and very easy to add to your site. We actually use Gigya here, but that's a paid solution and not so easy to integrate.

The most famouse one (Make use of use it) is gigya . You can get it for your own site as well on: http://www.gigya.com/social-login/Although you can use other providers like:http://www.oneall.com/http://janrain.com/products/engage/social-login/
