Can no longer aerosnap windows in windows 7 using the mouse pointer, although keyboard shortcuts still function. Have tried various solutions with no success. Any ideas?

Ron,first of all thanks for giving a feedback!Did you check whether the option to snap windows using the mouse is disabled?Go to > control panel > ease of access / center and select > "make the mouse easier to use" or > "make the keyboard easier to use" or > "make it easier to focus on tasks". It doesn't matter which path you choose!Under the headline > "make it easier to manage windows" you should find an option called > "prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen". If this option is checked, you can not aerosnap windows using the mouse. Uncheck it to enable aerosnap.Hope this helps, please let us know! :)

Hey Ron,You might want to try disabling Aero then re-enabling it. Right click on your desktop and hit personalize. Scroll down and select the basic theme then switch it back to the normal Windows 7 theme (or whatever theme you prefer, it should re-enable Aero). See if that works and let us know.
