I have already enabled the checkbox in account settings. I am worried because the IP address and city name shown on recent activity is always different from my city. Is it possible that the city name can be different?

Hi Vanshika,Yes, Facebook uses "GeoData" to locate you, this is often based on where your ISP headquarters is located. Other times it's just a rough guess. There are a few things you can do to raise your security on Facebook though. You can optionally enable device recognition in your account settings -> security to force anyone who logs in to identify which system their using.
