Working out is a chore; monotony is one of the main reasons that people give up on their fitness goals.
Step forward, therefore, the new Bowman Max Trainer M9 which is being showcased at CES 2021.
The machine will get you fit, but will also kill the workout boredom thanks to its HD touchscreen. It supports all the main streaming services as well as adaptive global running routes.
A Total Body Cardio Machine
The Bowman Max Trainer M9 is a total body cardio machine that focuses on high-intensity interval training. That means you'll need to perform short bursts of high-effort exercise, before using the longer low-intensity periods to recover.
It offers unlimited user profiles, 20 resistance levels, and adaptive workouts. Bluetooth is available so you can connect heart rate monitors and other similar devices.
Entertaining Exercise
The real selling point of the Max Trainer M9, however, is the 10-inch HD touchscreen. It lets you connect Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video accounts so you can binge-watch shows and even curate playlists.
The screen also lets you access more than 40 global routes; expect mountain hikes, lake runs, and desert terrain from some of the most beautiful places on earth. The intensity of the machine varies as you progress through the route, helping you to feel like you are really there.
Finally, you can use the screen to access the various trainer-led video courses.
You will need to pay an annual JRNY membership fee to be able to access streaming apps on the screen.
