I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Whenever I click on the camera app, it produces the error "warning, camera failed". Can someone please tell me how I can get my camera working again?

Go to Settings and search for Apps, Manage Apps, or something similar (different versions of Android use different terms). In the app manager, select All and scroll down until you find Camera. click on it, and then select Clear Cache and Clear Data. Open the camera app to see if this helps.

I get same problem when ever I tried a vedio call. And when I restart the tab the camera starts to work. I can not make a vedio call.

Go to Settings and tap on Application Manager. Then tap on the Camera icon and tap on the force close button. Then Select the clear cache and clear data buttons.
